Online Financial Contributions Monitoring and Control System for Kherson-city schools. The website development has taken one month from the moment of agreement on the main technical issues. The developed online system allows keeping records on receipts and disbursements of all charitable contributions for schools. The website implements the possibility to control fund finance of school, class or whole class parallel – to assign tasks to cover the important school or class demands.
 
It is worth while to mention separately such very important system functionality as display of various task modes on site – current or completed. There is a possibility to add several reports to each task while completion.

The website access permission management system has been developed and implemented – each user as per his access rights can either edit school, parallel or class information or only browse and comment on a certain school/class.

Complex “cubbyholes” arithmetic for finance calculation in real-time (instantly) – how much has been received, spent, depiction of cost saving or excess expenditure with visualization in the form of diagram allows parents to see when and for what their money has been spent. Users of the developed online system can vote priority ranking of one or another task, post own comments and wishes. 

This online school finance control system has been developed with regard to possible scalability and plainness in website management.
